Connected China supply chain support

China Supply Chain Services From Supplier Coordination to Reviewed Delivery.

Use Jinghang Global Supply Chain for a connected China-side workflow or only the stages your team needs. Before work begins, we confirm the scope, responsibilities, execution parties, decision points, and applicable fees.

Direct answers

How Jinghang's China supply chain services work.

Use one service stage or connect several stages under one reviewed operating scope.

What do China supply chain services include?

China supply chain services can connect supplier sourcing, factory communication, sample coordination, agreed pre-shipment inspection, compatible multi-supplier consolidation, cargo preparation, and international delivery. Jinghang reviews the product, current project stage, requested tasks, origin, destination, documents, and timeline before confirming which services are feasible and who will execute them.

Can a business use only one stage?

Yes. A business may request a focused service such as supplier communication, inspection coordination, consolidation, freight, or a DDP/DAP feasibility review. It may also connect several stages. In both cases, the written scope identifies responsibilities, execution parties, client decisions, fees, inclusions, exclusions, and the information needed before work starts.

Does every request receive the same process or price?

No. Commercial terms and operating requirements depend on the product, cargo type, order volume, suppliers, route, destination, requested services, compliance documents, and project risk. Jinghang does not publish one universal minimum, storage period, inspection plan, document checklist, cargo limit, or fee schedule because those points must be reviewed for the actual project.

Supplier Sourcing & Factory Coordination

Turn a product requirement into a workable supplier search while your team retains control of the final commercial decision.

Review China sourcing services

Finding a supplier is only the beginning.

We help clarify the brief, identify potential suppliers, coordinate initial conversations, organize available quotations and samples, and keep communication moving through the early decision process. Depending on the agreed scope, support may include:

  • Clarify product, material, process, volume, and quality requirements
  • Search for potential manufacturers or suitable suppliers
  • Collect and organize initial supplier information
  • Coordinate quotations and commercial questions
  • Arrange sample requests and comparison
  • Follow up on production-related communication
  • Escalate unclear requirements, delays, or exceptions
  • Coordinate visits or third-party checks where agreed
Scope boundary Preliminary supplier screening reduces uncertainty but is not a factory audit, compliance certification, financial due diligence, legal opinion, or product-quality guarantee. Final supplier approval, contracting, compliance, intellectual-property, and commercial decisions remain with the client.

02 · Prepare

Sample & Procurement Support

Keep the many small but critical tasks around samples and early orders organized before larger commitments are made.

Coordinate samples or an order

Make early-stage decisions with better information.

We can coordinate versions, supplier questions, packing requirements, milestones, and compatible sample consolidation within an agreed written scope. Support may include:

  • Coordinate sample orders from one or multiple suppliers
  • Confirm available versions, colors, accessories, and packing details
  • Consolidate samples for one international shipment
  • Organize quotations and order information
  • Follow up on agreed purchasing milestones
  • Coordinate supplier questions and exceptions
  • Maintain an agreed record of key requirements
  • Prepare the handoff to quality checks or production follow-up
Scope boundary Payment flow, ownership of goods, supplier contracts, purchasing authority, project minimums, and related fees must be confirmed before work begins. Prototype, one-time, pilot, and small-batch requests are reviewed case by case. Jinghang coordinates only the responsibilities stated in the agreed scope and does not provide product engineering, certification, intellectual-property advice, or manufacturing guarantees.

03 · Verify

Quality Inspection Coordination

Coordinate an agreed pre-shipment inspection scope and keep findings visible for the client's release decision.

Review inspection coordination

Quality inspection can be coordinated upon request before shipment.

Routine agreed checks may be handled by Jinghang's own team. When professional or independent inspection is required, we can coordinate a paid third-party professional provider. Depending on the agreed scope, checks may include:

  • Quantity checks
  • Packaging and labeling checks
  • Visible-defect checks against agreed criteria
  • Photo or video records
  • Loading supervision where applicable
Scope boundary There is no universal inspection method, sampling plan, sample size, or defect threshold. Method, sampling, criteria, evidence, provider, scope, and fee are agreed before inspection. Routine checks by Jinghang's team are not certified, independent, or laboratory inspection. If issues are found, the client decides whether to request rework, reinspection, or shipment release.

04 · Move

Consolidation & International Delivery

Connect receipt at a confirmed facility, agreed cargo preparation, international transport, customs responsibilities, and the quoted destination scope.

Compare freight options

The logistics problem starts before cargo reaches the port.

When several suppliers, packaging formats, and deadlines are involved, we can coordinate agreed pre-shipment handoffs as well as reviewed international movement. Support may include:

  • Coordinate receipt from suppliers at the confirmed facility
  • Review supplier ready dates, available carton information, cargo compatibility, and shipment timing
  • Coordinate only the receiving or packaging checks agreed in writing
  • Combine compatible cargo where operationally appropriate and agreed
  • Compare feasible express, air, or sea options for the cargo and route
  • Review available shipping documents and confirm document responsibilities
  • Coordinate DDP or DAP delivery arrangements where available
  • Coordinate destination delivery only under the confirmed route and written quotation

DDP is generally available for the United States and 25 verified European countries, subject to shipment review. DDP and DAP for Canada and Australia require actual-shipment feasibility and route review. DAP may be arranged globally, subject to cargo, route, customs, destination feasibility, and partner review. Review the DDP shipping scope.

Scope boundary Yiwu and Qingdao are partner-warehouse consolidation service points, not Jinghang-owned offices or warehouses. Receiving checks, shipment preparation, storage, and other activities are included only when operationally available and confirmed in writing. Every DDP or DAP quotation states whether duties, VAT, customs clearance, remote-area fees, storage, redelivery, insurance, claim handling, and other destination charges are included or excluded. Route acceptance, cargo acceptance, customs clearance, and delivery time are not guaranteed.

05 · Solve

Battery, Sensitive & Oversized Cargo

Assess product details, documentation, packaging, route, and handling before confirming a feasible plan.

Review freight and special-cargo boundaries

Non-standard products need more than a standard quote.

Battery-related, sensitive, oversized, overweight, and regulated cargo can be reviewed case by case. Review may include:

  • Available product and cargo information
  • Available compliance and shipping documents
  • Packaging and handling requirements
  • Origin, destination, postcode, route, and requested service
  • Destination requirements and route restrictions reviewed with the relevant provider
Scope boundary There is no universal battery-document checklist or fixed oversized- or overweight-cargo limit. Review does not guarantee acceptance. We do not handle prohibited goods; products restricted or banned for export from China or import at destination; counterfeit or infringing goods; or cargo without required compliance documents.

06 · Fulfill

Partner Warehouse & Fulfillment-Related Coordination

Review destination-market warehouse or fulfillment-related needs against the product, volume, requested activities, and partner availability.

Discuss partner-warehouse requirements

Partner-based coordination is reviewed for each market and project.

Overseas warehouse and fulfillment-related coordination is available in Japan, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland, subject to project review. United States coordination is available nationwide through the available partner network.

  • Review destination and partner availability
  • Review the requested warehouse or fulfillment-related activities
  • Review any return-related, reporting, or system-handoff requirement for feasibility
  • Confirm available activities, storage, restrictions, capacity, and fees before work starts
Scope boundary These are partner-based coordination services and do not imply warehouse ownership. Exact labeling, one-piece fulfillment, return inspection, restocking, disposal, system integration, storage, capacity, restrictions, and fees must be confirmed for the relevant market and project. Free-storage days, insurance, claims, cancellation, and refund terms have no universal fixed rule.
