What this website collects

The website does not create a user account, take payment, run marketing analytics, or store contact-form entries in a separate website database.

If you use the project enquiry form, the information you submit is sent over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Pages Function and delivered to Jinghang by email. The information may include your name, work email, company, location, website, product and project details, supplier and cargo information, service needs, dates, and contact details.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse. For that purpose, Cloudflare may process the challenge token, IP address, and technical signals from the browser or device. Cloudflare may also generate standard security, performance, and access records when it hosts and protects the website.

Why we use enquiry information

We use the information to read and respond to your enquiry, assess project feasibility, clarify requirements, prepare a proposal or quotation, take requested steps before a possible contract, maintain relevant business records, and protect the security and integrity of our communications.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the basis may be steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in responding to and managing genuine business enquiries.

Service providers and international processing

Email providers, website hosting and security providers, and relevant professional or service providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services or help us respond to the enquiry. The website uses Cloudflare Pages, Pages Functions, Turnstile, and Cloudflare email infrastructure for the secure form workflow. The public contact email currently uses Gmail, provided by Google. These providers may process technical or email data in more than one country under their own terms and safeguards.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, evaluate follow-up work, manage an active or potential business relationship, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. When those purposes no longer apply, information should be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practical.

Your choices and rights

You do not have to send an enquiry through this website. Where applicable law gives you data-protection rights, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Some rights may be limited by legal or record-keeping requirements.

Turnstile runs necessary browser challenges and may use browser or device signals to distinguish automated abuse from genuine enquiries. If optional analytics, advertising technology, or additional cookies are enabled later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated first.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current website and email workflow, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties’ own notices and terms.
