Required inputs depend on the actual product and stage.

- Component, accessory, packaging, SKU, approved sample, or version-history information where relevant
- Sample quantity, estimated order quantity, supplier names, locations, contacts, quotations, and readiness
- Whether supplier search, comparison, existing-supplier follow-up, or multi-supplier coordination is needed
- Critical observable requirements, known risks, packaging, labeling, accessories, quantity, and inspection evidence
- Battery, liquid, powder, magnet, branded, oversized, or other regulated characteristics and available documents

No universal form Jinghang does not publish a universal prototype minimum, order quantity, battery-document list, fee, or project timeline.
03 · Coordinate the workflow

Each stage has its own scope, provider, approval point, timing, and fee.
- Confirm the product version, quantity, supplier status, requested work, approvals, documents, destination, and open questions.
- Search for potential suppliers from a written brief or coordinate defined follow-up with existing suppliers.
- Track the agreed sample or version, specification, accessories, packaging, supplier questions, and client feedback.
- Obtain the client's written supplier, commercial, product-reference, purchase, and payment decisions.
- Coordinate agreed pre-shipment inspection with a defined checklist, method, sample, evidence, provider, responsibilities, and fee.
- Review compatible consolidation, cargo preparation, special characteristics, destination, customs, and feasible freight options.

04 · Source and sample
Keep requirements, evidence, and final approval visible.
Supplier search and sample coordination do not transfer technical decisions to Jinghang.
Supplier search and comparison
Preliminary screening may compare requirement fit, available business and location information, supplier-provided capabilities, quotation terms, MOQ, sample details, stated lead time, communication, and open risks. The client may receive a sourcing brief, candidate table, available supplier materials, and an open-issues list.
Sample and revision coordination
Jinghang may coordinate supplier questions, sample quantity, version references, accessories, packaging, quotation information, dispatch details, and client feedback when included in writing.
Evidence boundary Preliminary screening is not a factory audit, certification, financial due diligence, or performance guarantee. An accepted sample does not guarantee that later production will match it or that the product is compliant for the destination market.
05 · Inspect before release
Use agreed observable checks for the client's decision.
Professional or independent inspection and routine checks are distinct execution paths.
Routine agreed checks may be handled by Jinghang's own team. When professional or independent inspection is required, Jinghang can coordinate a paid third-party professional provider.
Checks may include quantity, packaging, labeling, visible defects, photo or video records, and loading supervision where applicable. Method, sampling, criteria, evidence, provider, timing, responsibilities, and fee are confirmed case by case.
Decision boundary If issues are found, the client decides whether to request rework, arrange reinspection, or release the shipment.
06 · Review special cargo
Assess the actual product, battery, documents, packaging, and route.
Battery-powered and regulated hardware may be reviewed case by case.
Acceptance depends on product and battery characteristics, available documents, packaging, origin, destination, provider rules, customs requirements, and route feasibility. There is no universal battery-document checklist or guaranteed acceptance.
Supplier documents A supplier-provided report or certificate remains supplier-provided information unless a qualified party independently verifies it within a separately defined scope.
07 · Consolidate and deliver
Connect compatible supplier handoffs to reviewed freight.
Supplier timing, packaging, receiving scope, storage, release rules, and destination must be reviewed.
Jinghang can assess collection and consolidation for compatible samples, products, components, accessories, or packaging from several suppliers. International express, air freight, sea freight, DDP, and DAP options may then be compared for accepted cargo and routes.

08 · Keep decision rights clear
Jinghang coordinates execution; the client owns product decisions.
Qualified technical, regulatory, customs, tax, and legal roles remain separate.

Services not claimed Jinghang does not claim industrial, mechanical, electrical, firmware, or other design and engineering; design-for-manufacture; engineering validation; laboratory or performance testing; product certification; regulatory approval; intellectual-property analysis; legal advice; or manufacturing guarantees.
09 · Confirm commercial scope

No universal MOQ, project minimum, fixed fee, or standard project timeline is published.
Acceptance, minimum project requirements, purchasing or supplier-payment arrangements, inspection needs, timing, and fees are confirmed in writing after the product, quantity, technical inputs, supplier status, cargo, destination, and requested work are reviewed.
Outcome boundary Jinghang may coordinate approved supply-chain tasks for an accepted stage. It does not design or engineer the prototype, manage every manufacturing activity, or guarantee prototype, pilot, production, certification, launch, capacity, yield, or commercial outcomes.

Sample and revision follow-up may be included for an accepted project. The written scope identifies the version, quantity, references, supplier questions, evidence, client feedback, and approval points. Jinghang does not make engineering decisions or guarantee later production consistency.
Can you coordinate pre-shipment inspection?
Yes. Routine agreed checks may be handled by Jinghang's team, while professional or independent inspection may be coordinated through a paid third-party provider. The client retains rework, reinspection, product-acceptance, and shipment-release decisions.
Can you ship products containing lithium batteries?

Can you consolidate several suppliers and coordinate delivery?

Do you provide product engineering, testing, certification, or intellectual-property advice?

Who approves suppliers, products, compliance decisions, and shipment release?
The client does. Jinghang coordinates agreed information and execution steps, but final supplier approval, technical and compliance decisions, commercial commitment, product acceptance, rework, reinspection, and shipment release remain with the client.
