Clarity Before Action
Define the product, scope, responsibilities, documents, milestones, and decision points before execution begins.
About Jinghang
We help international businesses coordinate the work between deciding to source in China and receiving products in their target market.
Why we exist
Managing a China supply chain involves more than moving cargo. Suppliers need clear requirements. Samples must be tracked. Quality and packaging need attention before shipment. Goods from different factories may need to be received, checked, labeled, and consolidated. Documentation, transport, customs responsibilities, delivery, and fulfillment all have to connect.
Jinghang exists to coordinate those moving parts.
We work with hardware startups, small and mid-sized businesses, and product brands that need practical execution in China but do not have a full local procurement and logistics team.
Depending on the project, we can support supplier search, sample and purchasing coordination, quality inspection, consolidation, international logistics, special cargo, overseas warehouse preparation, fulfillment, and returns.
Our role is to create clearer responsibilities between the client, suppliers, inspectors, warehouses, logistics providers, and delivery partners—and to surface important exceptions before they become larger problems.
More than freight forwarding
International transport is one part of the supply chain—not the whole supply chain.
We look at what happens before cargo is ready, what preparation is required for movement, and what must happen after arrival.
How we think
Good coordination comes from clear responsibilities, early visibility, and communication that helps the client make decisions.
Define the product, scope, responsibilities, documents, milestones, and decision points before execution begins.
Surface missing information, quality concerns, supplier delays, packaging issues, and logistics constraints early.
Explain what happened, what it affects, what options exist, and what requires approval.
We do not support inaccurate declarations, counterfeit goods, duty avoidance, or other non-compliant practices.
The objective is not merely to complete one shipment. It is to help make the next order clearer and more repeatable.
Who we work with
Our best work happens when the client wants a dependable operating relationship and shares the information needed to plan responsibly.
